Overview

I coordinated with developers, project lead, and sign agency to account for all new signage in the 150,000 sq. ft. City Hall.

Using the brand identity I previously developed, the color palette, fonts, and sign designs were developed categorized by their function in the building—Public Rooms (green), Stairwells (yellow), Departments (dark blue), Multi-directionals (blue), and the Floor Directories (green).

By alleviating the billable time required for a sign company to come understand the city layout and create their own version of signs, I was able to save countless hours and costs by working one-on-one with all required parties, already knowing what was needed and where, and how to best improve the visitor's experience while navigating the new building.
